Remote Assist
We Can Help
Colada Remote Assist

When hands on support is needed, a Colada Systems engineer is equipped to securely take control of your keyboard and mouse and assist you through your issue. Remote Assist requirements are as follows:

Internet Explorer 6 or newer
Windows XP or Vista
An active Internet connection

A Colada Systems engineer will schedule the remote assist session.  Simply enter your name, click on 'Start' and approve the Active X control.  Your remote control session should begin shortly thereafter.
